Great pick, one of the league's best defenders. Is he underrated now or is his foot to blame for his drop? Tough for me to justify Jokic over Gasol if both are 100%.

Healthy i prob. would have taken him at 1.28, def. at 2.3... but the fact that he's still not ready doesn't inspire confidence

When can I pick?

Post-lunch picks can always pick at 2:30 (without me reopening things). Every once in a while i might open things a smidge early, but teams can go at 2:30 regardless.

Combo of underrated and hurt. For example, I think he's clearly better than Horford, who went 12th IIRC.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Amazing value. A top 20 player with a mid 2nd.

How healthy is he tho? He is missing the Olympics as we speak.

He is meant to be healthy before the start of the season I thought.

If he is healthy its a steal, but he is still not recovered from his foot injury and foot injuries with big guys are scary.  But as I said, if hes healthy its a great pick and maxx picked up an extra pick in a trade earlier so he can afford to take the risk IMO.
2019 historical draft.  Pick 12

Jokic obviously less proven with the limited sample size for a bad team, but his defensive plus-minus was actually even better and his per-minute stats are equal or better across the board.

Which essentially means it's subjective. We won't likely know until after this league is over. Personally with guys like that I don't give them the full benefit of the doubt but I am not entirely cut throat on them. Marc is not an all star caliber player to me presently. He's more like an elite role player. That's how I choose to look at guys in his situation.
