that literally just popped up on my feed and just read it

I don't disagree but it really seem we went for the hail mary to the point where we exposed our plays to Durant.

  • That's turrible
Crowder is savage. I'm so glad we have dudes like this on our team. I'm on the same boat as everyone else who's concerned about that whole game plan talk.

Keep in mind though, Golden State still has to play defense. And we (hopefully) still have Avery Bradley and Marcus Smart.

Me too....   The other good news that cam out was about his ankle.   He really was hobbled.  That and Avery missing the first round gives me hope that we will make it out of the 1st round.

To think we have this guy locked on that deal for 4 more years is awesome work...

I guess in a way that could also be good for us. They are p---ed off as they should be. We all know these guys plays with a chip on their shoulder and this just helps reinforces it. Of course Brad may also need to re-adjust or come with new game plans

If it possibly helps bring in a guy like Durant, what's the issue?  It's not like organizations don't know how teams play (and changes to our overall strategy should be pretty easy shortly into the season).  It's not like Brad would have showed ATO plays (since those are pretty reliant on matchups), and showing a normal play is harmless since 1. It will be done plenty of times during the season and 2. Any good play will have variations of it, so you can burn people that overcommit to one specific play (like how driving can lead to a pass out if the other team doubles, or driving on a closeout)
I'm bitter.

To win in the NBA you basically need superstar top 5 talent. KD provides that. He would have vaulted us to immediate contention. Acquiring that superstar as an FA is an added bonus because we could keep Brown Smart Brooklyn '17 thus creating a sustainable residence at the top of the league for like a decade or even more if we nail the picks.

To get that you have to throw that hail mary. You have to go all out and risk it all.

Will be no brotherly love between Durant and the Celtic players from this point forward..  This makes me happy.
If Cleveland wins again look for Durant to join them after his 1+1 is up..

Great, steam up the entire Celtics team.
I predict a championship soon.

I have no problem with the team sharing strategies with Durant; as others have pointed out, opponents eventually see all that stuff anyway—constant adjusting is a major part of all sports.

But I really like that Jae didn't pull any punches in that interview, which makes me like him even more. We need guys like that.

On a side note, I've often thought that there are so many NBA teams that really don't have hope (thankfully Boston isn't one of them), but if you'd told me a decade ago that Golden State and Cleveland were going to become the NBA's premiere destination teams (even if it lasts only a few years), I'd have called you crazy. So maybe there is some sliver of hope for other sports wastelands like Milwaukee and Orlando?

I LOVE CROWDER.  HE SHOULD RETIRE A CELTIC.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
