"Superstar" and "Hall of famer" seem redundant, and so do "complete bust" and "bench warmer". There should also be options for "decent starter" (think crowder) and "multiple-time all star" (like Horford, that would be my pick)
I'm bitter.

I feel like Tmac is a guy that shows superstar vs HOF differential

The post above me already explain the difference between Superstars and HOF. Superstars ain't locked for a HOF career. You could be a Penny Hardaway or Tracy McGrady who were superstars in the league but ruined by injuries.

What I mean by complete bust is he is out of the league in 2-3 years. At least guys like Luke Walton and Brian Scalabrine have a lengthy career by sitting off the bench.

Okay, I can see what you're going for with those, I think there's a couple of huge gaps between "Solid Role Player" and "Superstar", though, and I think Brown fits between "Borderline All Star" (which is a guy who makes 0-2 ASGs) and "Superstar", which is a perennial MVP candidate
I'm bitter.

I would advise adding starter in between role player and borderline all star. Also there should be a "star" or multi time all star on this list (as seen above now that ive scrolled lol.) I would put jaylen at that star level. I think if he hits the middle of my projections, he is a 4-6 time all star over his long long career. If he puts all of it together (develops a reliable 3pt shot, gets rid of the yips and actually keeps on finishing, tightens up the handle, works on passing) then he has the defense to be considered a superstar.

If he is unable to put it all together, I see a solid starter (good defender that struggles to finish or hit 3s) or a borderline all star (doesnt look for his own shot as much, but has decent stats and due to our team success makes a couple all star games.) Kind of similar what the recent hawks have been doing.

Decent starter isn't an option.

Will PP34 be a HOF'r ? I know he's had a great career stat wise but I didn't think he was that high on the list

Without a doubt, 1st ballot.

16th on the all time points list.
19th in Steals.
80th in Rebounds.
67th in Assists.
21st in Win Shares.
10 time All Star.
22 in VORP.
NBA Champion.
Finals MVP.

Pro Basketball Reference has him at .997 for HoF probability. It's a lock.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.
