First of all, I generally despise trade talk because people mostly only want to trade guys that don't like and never want to trade good players.  The concept of giving up something to get something is beyond most folks.

That said, my thinking is that the value of Smart, Crowder, and Bradley are roughly equal.  Sure, some will quibble and say Smart is young and has upside and he is much more valuable.  On the hand, there are plenty of people that think Smart is a future role player at best.  Point being, his average probably fall around the same point as Crowder and Bradley.

So, if you could keep one of these guys, which would it be?  For me, it's an easy decision.  I'm keeping Avery.  Unique, impactful, good shooter, developing other areas of his offense.  Also the guys other teams hate to play against the most, which is cool.

And I know some will say depends on who is coming back but let's ignore that for the sake if this discussion.

Crowder was one of the best small forwards in the league before he got injured.
Smart has great potential.
Bradley is too small and injury prone and commits turnovers at a higher rate than almost any other two guard in the league.

It really depends on the position/player coming back, but all things being equal I'd keep Crowder.  Getting rid of Smart or AB still leaves us with one of them.

If we could only keep one, and were trading the other two, I'd probably keep Smart and have him and Brown start
I'm bitter.

I hate this argument.  If he's big enough to be considered the best defensive guard in the league, then his size is totally irrelevant.

Crowder.

Teams need big athletic wings that can guard multiple positions and be able to play the four these days. Bradley and Smart are both great at what they do but their size just makes them more expendable to me.

It's close between Crowder and Smart, but the edge has to go to Crowder because of his contract. Summer 2018 we'll be facing some tough decisions as IT, Smart and AB are all up for big raises. Given that we'll probably only be able to retain 2/3 anyway, it makes sense to move on from AB now, and it would hurt but I could live with trading Smart.

Bradely is the best fit for our team now.   Smart might be better long term if he can improve his shot and handle.

Id hold onto Crowder... 4 years left at good money.   It would have to come down to Smart and Bradely.   And it would depend on who we get back.

If we are getting  Butler send out Bradely
If we are getting Westbrook send out Smart
If we are getting Griffin send out Smart or Bradely.

Keeping in mind about touches.   IT and Al need to stay involved....    If we get Westbrook too then Bradley may not get enough touches....

After all my typing I'd send out Bradely or Smart out First....     Smart has room to grow more than Bradley.  Bradley can still improve, but not much more.   Same with Crowder....

I want to keep all of them but if one has to go it is Bradley as he is older than Smart (beginning next season: 26 vs. 22) and locked up for fewer years than Crowder (2 more years vs. 4 more years, at roughly the same money).

I like them all a lot.  Crowder and Smart are highly rated on potential.  Based on production in the last 2 yrs and how he produces today and the next 3 to 5 expected, Bradley.
