Not yet. Without doing maneuverings, one of Zeller or Sully's QO was withdrawn or Yabusele finally agreed to stay in Europe. Then we'll have enough room for cap space with our current roster.

No.  They need to renounce one of Sullinger or Zeller, or have signed letters from Zizic and Yabousele that they will stay in Europe for the season.  To my understanding, none of those (except maybe Zizic), has occurred.  As of yesterday it sounded like Yab still had a chance to make the team.  Also, in the case where the two draft picks say they're staying overseas, John Holland also needs to be officially released.

I'd note that he's playing really well for the Puerto Rico national team right now, leading the team in scoring, steals, and I think rebounds during the qualifying tournament. They're one win from the Olympics.  They're in if they beat Serbia tomorrow (the game is played in Serbia).
