I'm not sure I want him running the point in the half court, but he should be in the rotation as a guy who can rebound, shoot, and attack in transition.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz

Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Last night he totally looked like a difference maker.. He was Calm, in control and could to any spot he needed to get too.

last year as a Rookie he got to every spot he wanted, just rushed everything and never finished..

I think we are going to see a nice "Expected" sophomore Jump this year..

I love that lefty driving layup with 1:50 left in that video. Exactly what he couldn't finish last year at this time.

This kid is nasty and IMO, will make other guards on this roster expendable if they're not careful.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
In addition to being lightning quick, I was impressed by his ability to finish at the rim, pull up for a jumper, and catch and shoot. We all knew his athleticism was through the roof and he had the potential to be an AB-like defender, but if he can continue to show that he is a triple threat on the offensive side, there will be a lot of people around Boston apologizing for lambasting Ainge for not taking Portis or RHJ instead.

Still a work in progress, but there definitely appears to be progress.

He looked way more comfortable being a PG which is big.  Looks ready to play.

Who looked better. Rozier or Jackson?

Rozier.  He looks like the game has slowed down for him and he's still one of the quickest players in the NBA from what I see of him.  Plus his three looks good.  He has a lot of potential.

Jackson.

Rozier. Though Jackson also looked good. Seemed to know how to run a team and got to whatever spot he wanted to get to. I'd already put him above Phil Pressey caliber. Hope we can find room to keep him.

agreed.  Rozier looked better by far but Jackson definitely looked like a keeper.  provided they show good consistency in summer league, I think Rozier is showing he can take Turner's place as primary back up ball handler (with a better outside shot) and Jackson makes the 15-man roster but plays a lot in Maine.

Rozier. Jackson looked great as a floor general but he had a very hard time staying in front of his man.
