2 days ago he was all about not coming to the NBA, how things change.

Considering how terrible Philly's guards were, it's an improvement.  I do think we're seeing why Hinkie quit.  Despite what some of his defenders say, Hinkie was probably not interested in making any moves to get better.  The tank was likely over but another two or three years of lottery picks?  I bet that was his plan.
