Was he being sarcastic?

Probably not. It probably has shades of Ray to Miami for him.

Was he being sarcastic?

Why would him? KG and Ray Allen were traded

No, I mean Pierce never did this so I think he is being critical of KD.

For all the complaining Pierce did over the years when he was on losing teams, he did remain loyal in the end.

Yeah PP was one of the few players who seemed somewhat honest in their tweets.  Drummond seemed a bit skeptical.

Pierce went ring chasing signing in LA.  Now granted he was at the end of his career, but still went ring chasing.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver,

Durant is a guy that gets a pass.  Classy team player who cares about fans, family and team.  Paul Pierce is the truth but did durant really jump to easiest team to get ring ala Ray?  Durant is a top 3 nba player who was a free agent.  Throw some dim sum in front of anyone and a they will think San Francisco.  Bummed he didn't choose Boston but can live with getting horford and more picks to come!

I love how people are calling out Pierce for being a hypocrite with Garnett and Allen, but are forgetting the fact that they were traded.
