This is good but he's not a max player.  $113 mill is steep.  Good pick up.  It's only worth it if Durant follow suit.

Even if the team misses out on Durant, Ainge could still get Cousins sometime in the next 12 months and put Horford and Cousins alongside each other up front.

That would be awesome.

The way it happened has to be encouraging. You cant trust reports with all the smokescreens guys throw out there, but people were seemingly all reporting that Atlanta was in the drivers seat, then the KD meeting ends and boom, the tables completely turn and he signs.
