How have Ingram and Hield looked?

Ingram's been great on both ends. Hield's been awful, been blocked at the rim, nothing's falling.

Is his handle hurting him, or is it something else, like he's just missing shots?  I'm not currently watching.  Meh, brb, finding stream ;D.

He's missing open shots, not explosive or crafty at the rim, a disaster all-around.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

I wouldn't put much thought into it. It's summer league. Chill out. I bet that if Smart is playing in the SL this year, he would take Dunn's lunch

I'll take that bet

Me too. Dunn's a better offensive player than Smart and a good enough defensive player, though not on a par with Smart, to cause Smart a lot of problems.

I'd be shocked if Dunn's not a very good NBA player.

Buddy just airballed a fairly open three. This is hard to watch.

Watching the Lakers/NO game, Ingram looks good, but he also looks like a Biafran refugee, kinda wishing we'd grabbed Zubac, and Hield is having a horrendous debut. 3-15, 1-6 from 3.

Jimmer dominated summer league. Not a great sign for buddy if he can't do the same.

just one meaningless game, but nobody should be surprised if buddy struggles on the pro level.  I'm sure he'd play really good if he stayed a 5th year in college tho.  He's got that level down.  Only took him 4 attempts.

Hield really has looked awful.  Granted it's summer league but he's done nothing except miss lots of shots and his form has been vintage Phil Pressey from the outside so far.  I.E. some of these shots aren't even close to going in.

Ingram is going to be really good. He might help out LAL at least somewhat this year. Hopefully it's enough to keep them better than Brooklyn!
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

On the other hand Ingram's at least going to make the endless Laker games we'll get on TNT interesting to watch.

I really wanted Zubac over Zizic myself - and hes arguably the best player on the floor in a game thay features Ingram and Hield.

Ingram doesn't look special at all.  Can see some upside there but he hardly looks like a future superstar.

Hield will be fine, its his first debut game and he's missing shots he normally makes with his eyes closed - it happens.

Best showing do far has been Dunn - kid dominated that gameagainst Murray...who (as i expected) looks like a total bust out there   Murray is disturbingly slow for a 6'4" guard...he moves like a tortoise in quicksand.  If he can average 10 PPG in the NBA this year ill be shocked.

At least Hield looks like a scirer.  Hes getting shots off and they just arent falling...hes making plays, getting to the basket and dishing off nicely. He looks solid, just cant buy a basket.

Murray is standing around like a tool looking like he had the mindset of an 8th man.

Team will win about 30 games but they'll sure enough be on national tv once a week.
