More Thon Maker highlights, and man, Rashad Vaughn can really pass.  Ugh.

Your top 3 picks this season including no-brainer nos 1 and 2.

Everyone chill out about Brown's SL

Thanks for that. This justifies my feelings about the other two so far. Outside of that first game, Ingram hasn't looked very good at all, and outside of Simmons' passing and ball-handling, which is brilliant, I haven't been all that impressed with him.

Also, Brown seems to be much more of a defender than either of the other two, as well. While he's nowhere near a Smart level defender coming out of college and has plenty of rotation/decision issues on defense, he definitely seems a better defensive player than either Ingram or Simmons right now.

What's also interesting is that Brown is shooting the three the best and the most, even though Ingram was touted as the much better shooter than Brown. Of course, it's a small-sample size and Brown has shot more, but still interesting.

Ingram finished the game 0-5 today. I'm ready to discount him as an NBA player and label him a bust. Buss should be fired for this. They should have went with Dunn.

Can't tell if serious...

Jaylen Brown is going to be a Hall of Famer.

Jaylen Brown is going to be a bust.

There, git my bases covered.

Should be noted that Simmons had another "meh" game today.

I'm not sure whether to file this under 'meh', or just bad, lol, but Bender was hardly impressive, either.  Again.  9 points on 3/7 fg, 3/5 from 3, no free throws, 4 rebounds (all defensive), a steal, 5 turnovers, and, oh yeah, 7 fouls in 31:26, lma0 ;D.

I'm seeing conflicting reports about the date, but the 19th seeded Celtics will play the 14th seeded Cavs in the first round of the Vegas Summer League Tournament.

One report has us playing at 5 pm on Wednesday, July 13th: https://twitter.com/AdamHimmelsbach/status/753093874952929282?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

Another report has us playing at 8 pm on Thursday, July 14th: https://twitter.com/CelticsHub/status/753093720908652545?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

I think Robb is an idiot and is wrong, though, because it looks like the first round is all on Wednesday, July 13th.

If we beat Cleveland, then we'll play the Lakers in the 2nd round (supposedly Thursday, July 14th at 10:30 pm): https://twitter.com/AdamHimmelsbach/status/753094478509080576?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

Good deal - tonight at 8 Eastern! Really hoping it's televised, though that doesn't say that it is and I don't think all of the first round will be televised on NBATV.

Weird that the one and done players haven't been overly impressive while the four-year senior ball-dominant guard has been dominant...never would have guessed this!

He is by far the most capable defender out of all those projected in the top 5.  People will realize that you play defense one of every 2 possessions in the NBA and even the greatest players don't shoot the ball at that frequency.
