Where he's going rather than where he's playing implies he's leaving OKC. Is it really down to GS and Boston?

This could just happen, folks. Possibly within the next 5 minutes. Or tomorrow.
He's going to dinner? Some place nice in the city? Please let us know Colin.

Where do you think Durant will rank as far as all time Celtics if he comes here?

He hasn't even played but on pure talent alone he has got to be top 3? Bird, Russell and Durant?  Maybe even over KG just on pure talent level.

Bulpett says the Horford signing may have put the Celtics back into consideration.

Key question for Celts' pursuit of Durant is how much Horford signing means to him. Source says it was between OKC and GS before that deal.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

This is good. It was between thunder and Warriors BEFORE horford. Now, we are back in the mix.

I still think he's coming here.  All this other stuff is just formalities.

I wish someone would make a time machine and skip this day to find out what team will Durant choose.

Seems like Bulpett was the first to insist the decision would be tomorrow when others were sticking to the general 24-36 hour original timeline or expecting an announcement tonight.

Does it mean anything that a Boston guy had the more specific timing right first?

This is what I was thinking. Bulpett was the first to say it's tomorrow and it's not based off money? Then Blakely tweet out that Ainge is at the summer league, got off the plan with a grin on his face?

Honestly, "it's not about money" is best news for teams other than the Celtics, who have max cap space.  The Heat don't, for instance.  The Warriors can, but have to jump through a lot of hoops to get there.

I'd say it's best news for teams other than the Thunder, since they can pay Durant the most.

I should make a Twitter account.  My source says that the Warriors are unlikely, and that it's the Celtics or the Thunder.  Thunder could jump in the lead if Westbrook recruits hard enough, but rumor is he's okay with Durant leaving to prove that he deserves and MVP award.

That makes much more sense regarding everything that's gone down in the last 36 hours or so. Bulpett is probably the most reliable Boston guy when it comes to this stuff. Certainly more than Draper, Blakely, and to a lesser extent Forsberg.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
