If KD comes to Boston, he will come here to beat the CAVs!! Make no mistake about that.

Along with the obvious KD/Lebron rivalry that we'll now have, when Westbrook ultimately goes to LA, we'll revive the Boston/LA rivalry once again!

Had to say that?   I want LAL nowhere near a championship -- for 22 years.

I said Westbrook would go there, not that they would win anything.

Yeah I know.  Just the thought of another rivalry with LAL gives me shivers.  I'm not one of those who needs to beat LA to be satisfied.  I'll be satisfied if the Lakers keep struggling -- but of course they tanked successfully 3 straight years and have cap room.

Russell can join KD in Boston in a year.

No idea why but that makes me think he is going back to OKC 100%

I'm feeling the opposite.

Before this process began it was already reported that he'd give final meeting to OKC on Sunday/Monday, so nothing has changed on that regard. And it's always been a longshot he leaves OKC for anyone as it is.

Does this mean he said this to Golden State, too? If so, that's been around 36 hours, hasn't it? And it was always that he was going to announce his decision late Sunday or early Monday, wasn't it?

Why would Durant delay the inevitable for a year to play with a team that is going to be broken up anyways?  Maybe he wants to give Westbrook  a shot but I don't see why he does this.

Tom Brady doesn't just show up at meetings.  I don't see how a guy like Durant could sit there and listen to a guy like Tom and not be fired up to come here.

And the fact that Horford wouldn't even give them the time of day due to there being no assurances for them all staying together next summer makes me feel confident about him leaving OKC. If Westbrook wouldn't commit to not leaving, why would Durant stay there another year?

OKC dealing Ibaka does not put OKC in better position to win.  It is preparing for Durants departure.  It's their Jeff Green trade.

Feels like this is "The Decision: Kevin Durant Special" that he'll be making a decision within the next 24-36 hours.  ;D ;D ;D

The only thing it makes me think is that he wants this to be the "anti-Decision".

KD wants to go low-key -- meetings-decision...no TV special.

Hmmm sounds like a decision might have been made and he's just waiting to announce it. I'm so hyped.
