So is the meeting over?
Apparently not according to a Sam Amick tweet

Apparently the meeting is still going on. This thing could legitimately happen tonight. It's doubtful, but they've apparently been meeting for awhile now.

My gut tells me KD's people are calling Pat Riley to cancel tomorrow's meeting. The announcement will happen in the next hour. Just a gut feeling. This meeting has been going on too long.

Brady is what pushed us over the top. I think he was leaning towards OKC or Boston.

I'm on an overnight flight. Safe to say that nothing is going to be announced in the next 12 hours?

Mike

KD's meeting with MIA tomorrow, so it's safe enough.

I'm pacing around the airport. My wife thinks I'm anxious about the flight.

Mike

Good luck on the flight, hopefully you'll be come off the flight with good news! A TP in the meantime
I'm bitter.

What if Al had already accepted C's offer before and was just asked by DA to confirm it during the meeting with Durant?

The meeting is definitely over. Amick tweeted it was still going 2 hours+ ago but he still has one with the heat today

How do we know this is still going on? Wasn't it supposed to be over right before Hortford signed?

That reminds me of this joke.

HER DIARY

Sunday night - I thought he was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a bar to have a drink. I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment.

Conversation wasn't flowing so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk, he agreed but he kept quiet and absent.

I asked him what was wrong - he said, "Nothing."

I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said it had nothing to do with me and not to worry.

On the way home I told him that I loved him, he simply smiled and kept driving.

I can't explain his behavior; I don't know why he didn't say, "I love you, too."

When we got home I felt as if I had lost him, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore.

He just sat there and watched TV.; he seemed distant and absent.

Finally I decided to go to bed. About 10 minutes later he came to bed and to my surprise he responded to my caress and we made love, but I still felt that he was distracted and his thoughts were somewhere else.

I decided that I could not take it anymore, so I decided to confront him with the situation but he had fallen asleep.

I started crying and cried until I too fell asleep.

I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else.

My life is a disaster.

HIS DIARY

Today the Yankees lost, but at least I got laid.

I hope you're right, Riley scares me more than anyone.  Even though the Heat are a horrible desination, Riley and Spoelstra are a bit of a threat (I'm not a big Spoelstra fan, but he's lasted a long time for a reason)
I'm bitter.

Check Twitter.  David Aldridge said the meeting ended a couple hours ago.  It was actually soon after he announced the meeting was over that they announced Horford was signing.  Fwiw...

Austin Rivers is getting $12 million from the Clips. Does that take them out of the Durant sweepstakes?

I'm starting to agree with others: we're going to be in the top-2 here, even ahead of the Warriors.

As of late Aldridge has the credibility of a child.

Yes, it does. Unless KD wants to sign for $15m a year so that Doc can pay his son...

Well today Aldridge was the 1st to break the Horford to C's news...so there is that.

Yeah, it does, but, honestly, LAC was never in it in the first place. There were many saying the whole "KD being blown away by their pitch" narrative was largely overblown. KD was never going to go there with their cap situation.

I think the same is largely true with Golden State due to the whole "legacy" thing.

I've always thought it was OKC, San Antonio, or Boston. The other choices just didn't make sense. I am a little worried that we never heard anything about the Spurs meeting..
