Wizards aren't. Rockets maybe since they still have Harden and can trumpet the no state taxes thing (which isn't entirely true because they still have to pay taxes on away games, but it's still more money.)

Yeah, I think it's OKC as well. I won't be surprised if he goes there.

To be fair they can't give him the full max and it also hinges on them being able to dump Kanter on very short notice.
