Sinking all the way into a meeting with Horford tonight and KD tomorrow. Yeah, we really lost out on Evan Turner because free agents don't want to come here.

Don't feed the troll

I know, but it's so hard to resist.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Thank you for helping us beat LA and beat the Warriors this past season. And your magical shot against Atlanta the year before.

It's time for both you and my Celtics to move on to bigger things. Wish you luck ET (except when you play against the C's).

For those, that complained so vociferously about the Cs not giving time to youth, this signing has to,seem like good news. Looks like Jaylen Brown could slot in right into Turner's place in the rotation and give Smart and Rozier lots of opertunities to handle the ball more.

Btw, thats absurd money for a bench player but best of luck, ET. You did well by the Celtics while you were here.

ET.

Is a tricky player to utilize .

He has to have the ball to be effective . And he has as many off moments as great ones.

Have to see if he can make a transition to a new coach .

Wyc and Danny are starting to sweat a bit would be my guess.  We're either going to be a contender next year or back in the lottery. And if I had to bet today I'd say the latter.  Fireworks!!!

Holy Hell. 4/75?!

I liked Turner, but there's absolutely no way I would've paid him that in Boston. Congrats to him, though! He's a good guy, even if he is a bit of a bonehead.

So... Can Portland keep Crabbe?
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

There was very little chance ET was staying here this year.  The exploding cap practically guaranteed a major overpay by someone, and our roster crunch meant some guys were gonna have to go.

I'm really sorry to see ET go. But I live in Portland so I'll be able to watch him play.

I'm not sure he's a good fit for the Blazers, though. They need a spot up shooter and ET is best with the ball in his hands. Guess we'll see.

How will E.Turner work next to two ball-heavy guards like Lillard and McCollum?
