Not many fans try to see what the celtics try to do.  I listen to the internet too much when it's a bunch of rumors how the media thinks we are supposed to build and they run with scissors.  I know this for a fact.  People aren't as nice as they think they are.
It's not complicated what they were supposed to do. Get someone impactful. Now. This year. DIdn't happen.

How do you know Brown wont have an impact?
how much of an impact did Covington and Noel have in Philly? How many games did they Win that team? Why are they even so available?
Its' all speculation right.

Judging by what I saw in the draft thread and what I heard on Boston sports talk radio on the way back from work, I'm really not sure how much there is to insult...
Celtics fans are the most intelligent in the league. They come from the most educated region in America and it's not close.  They also know this thing called Do you Job and know when someone's not doing it. An entire generation has grown up watching a sports dynasty run by a genius and are getting pretty good at knowing BS when they hear it. Wyc tried to BS his fans tonight, after promising fireworks two years ago. Picked the wrong fan base.
You're funny. Sometimes I wish Wyc and company were more like Belichick and less like themselves.

"We didn't have any trades that we liked. We picked what we thought was best for the team".
The reason Belichick gets to do that is that he does his job. He wins. He has earned the right to do that. The Celtics have not.
Yes. The fact that he has Tom Brady has successfully averted the eyes of the "intelligent" New England fans from his horrible managerial decisions.
"I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve."

Lol you must be the biggest exception of the lot then.

You posts have been nothing more than a large joke of hyperbole and ego.

Seriously some of the lowest quality posts I have  ever seen on this  board.

He won 11 games with Matt Cassel starting. Has anyone else done that?

There will Never ever EVER be Fireworks with this team---Because we have a GM who cannot draft to save his life...and has burned his bridges around the league with past trades---!!

Free agents--?..don't make me laugh.

There's no need to go that far over the top.  Ainge has clearly shown an ability to draft at least a mediocre level.  He may not be the cat's meow with the draft, but he's not complete garbage.

That's actually what makes his bad choices so disappointing.  It as if he knows better, but still can't help himself, and can't break out of his comfort zone.

When people are free to do as they please, they usually imitate each other.
