Utah is dumbbbb

Hill for 12???

You could have signed him as a FA last season

Hill wasn't a FA last season. Maybe you're confusing him with Monta Ellis?

Whatever the case is... he is not that good

Utah could have also went with Deytona Davis .

Regardless, Hill's better than anyone else they got at point guard currently and they would have rather gotten someone more proven than wait for another young guard to develop. It's a win-now move for a team that's desperate to convince their pseudostar to stay past this upcoming season.

So all Atlanta got for Teague was 12 in a thin draft?

Wow.

Not really a wow.... Thats pretty good.     He is on an expiring.   And they have DS stepping up a PG.

Terrible return. Definitely would not have made that move, especially if you're trying to spin the pick. Ol' Technicolor Hair is weird, and unstable as your prime point guard. Don't like his game at all.

What does hair have to do with being a good player? Do you.

Strange human beings rarely make great players. I don't like him, and I don't like his game. Way too easy to goad into a meltdown.
I always wondered what happened to you after Beavis and Butthead.  Now I know where you coached.

Of course you don't.

Tell me, they got a terrible return huh? What do you think they should have gotten instead?
(Or are you going to remain silent and not tell us who you would have wanted, just like all the other times you refrain from telling us who Danny should target, but bash him endlessly nonetheless)
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Westbrook is a weird dude. Rodman was Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.ing nuts. Metta World Peace? nuts.

What I dont understand is why involve the pacers?

Imo Teague is much better than Hill so why not trade the 12 for teague....don't understand why indiana only gave up hill and got teague  the better player?!

Keyword is "currently". Last time the world checked in on Exum, he came off an uneventful rookie season where he looked pretty raw. Then he tore his ACL last summer knocking him out for the season. I think Exum could be really good in the same way I think Smart could be really good, but their development will take time, so right now, Exum's largely unproven. This deal tells me that the Jazz don't want to take their chances of relying on him as their point guard at the moment because Exum hasn't proven much/coming off a serious injury while Hill has at least proven he can be a starting point guard on a good team.

I want to reiterate the word, "currently". I think Hill is their best point guard on the roster right now, but Exum could be a great a few years down the line.

I was wondering that as well.  I'd rather have Teague than Hill.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Teague was rumored who they were dangling for Noel.   Maybe it means we have the deal sealed for a Philly big.

I was surprised that the return for Teague was only the 12 pick. I figured Teague was worth more than that.

Last year of his contract. Teague's value is down.

Same will happen to Isaiah Thomas in one year's time. Now is the time for Isaiah to be traded if Ainge doesn't want to give him a max contract in 2 years time.
