All set with the rumors. We will see what happens on draft night. Hope we don't overpay for one of Okafor, Love (especially), or Butler. Though Butler would be a nice pixk up.

Ford: Someone will be selected with the 3rd pick in the 2016 NBA draft.

By someone.

Isn't Bender scheduled for a visit next week?
Tuesday. I think you are making the point that they don't have a final opinion on him, if they are bringing him in next week. I agree with that.

If the Celtics really liked Bender I don't think they would trumpet it to the world. So I think him falling is almost certainly a smoke screen.

Maybe they want other teams to THINK they like him, so they might want to trade up for that pick?
Exactly. If they wanted teams to think the C's liked Bender they would leak it to the media and Bender would be at 3 in mocks not slipping.

Boston has nothing to gain in Bender slipping in mocks, unless they really want him. If they do really want him, it would make sense to pump up players that other teams wanted so that those teams had to trade with Boston to get their guys.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Or we're just over-analyzing every little thing that happens because it's draft silly season. I wonder how much of this GMs look at us and think, "They have way too much time on their hands."

I've felt for awhile that Bender wasn't our guy, but that may very well be me projecting since I'm not all that high on Bender. We'll know more on Tuesday, though that only leaves two days to speculate lol

Wouldn't that be easily accomplished with a simple leak, letting some positive comment slip out?

NBA Officiating - Corrupt?  Incompetent?  Which is worse?  Does it matter?  It sucks.

I'm betting C's draft Dunn.

I really don't want him.    DA looking for value .....if forced to choose a player FOR C's

DA may trade or pick a player on behalf of another team.

I think Dunn us that player .....a lot of teams want or need .

Hopefully he brings the C's back a good player we need .

But , he provides the most flexibility I believe in trade situation.

He reminds me of Exum .....every team without an All Star guard covets him .

Dunn will be one of the top three stars in th summer league .

He is NBA ready and can be used as a trade chip right away .

Bender is too much of a question mark . If he player for Carolina or Duke for a couple years , then we could've see something.

If Murray or Dunn fell to 8 I would trade Avery.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

So we're drafting Bender.

Draft: 8 first rounders in next 5 years.

Cap space: $24 mil.

We either wind up with Dunn or Oakfor on draft night.

DA won't spend out for Bulter.

I think Dunn is the guy
Dunn said recently that it was myth that he didn't want to be drafted by Celtics
This could mean he knows Celtics are leaning towards drafting him and he's just accepted

Of course this is just my speculation

If we draft and keep Dunn I won't be buying league pass.  Not gonna watch an abortion all year

DA almost blew our cache on Winslow last year, I'm pretty sure he is capable of spending out for Butler.
