What if the Wolves want him? Could get them above Phoenix to make sure they get him?

3, 16, 23 for Lavine and 5?

Hell no!  Lavine is not worth the difference between 3 and 5, no less us throwing in the rest of our 1st round picks.

I might consider #3 for Dieng and #5 though.

It's no surprise that workout results were kept hush-hush, especially if T-Wolves like Bender.  They don't want to be put over a barrell by DA when they come calling, if Bender is there at #3.

I second this trade with the T-Wolves and I would sweeten it to make it happen.

#3 and KO for  Dieng and #5
KO is better than Dieng
#3 is better than #5

KO is a better shooter, one of the best big man that shoots the 3 at 40%. Helps space the floor.

I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

You lost me at "better than." I kept rereading and looking for "a not very determined old lady with a heart condition" but saw "Dieng."

In what universe, because certainly not this one.    I thought maybe the one with Evil Spock and Evil Kirk with the goatees.  Which is a great universe by the way. That's the one where KO is Michael Jordan and President McCain is finishing his 2nd term having brought world peace and stability, but that's not this universe.

Woo ::). I'll give you that KO is the better 3-point shooter, sure, but he can't rebound, defend, or run the way that Dieng does, and Gorgui is also the better passer with a very consistent midrange jumper.

However, Olynyk would help solve Minny's #1 problem which is shooting, and Bender would give them their long term solution in between Wiggins and Towns. I think they would do that deal.
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

Not at rebounding or defending, he is not.

Silence means he did really good or bad, not in between.

Just which end of the floor do you think Dieng holds more value than K.O.?  It sure isn't the offensive end because their is no comparison.  On the defensive end either you have not watched Dieng much or you just don't realize just how bad he is.  He is oblivious to his surroundings a lot of the time and couldn't be much worse when defending away from the hoop.  There is just no way the C's would trade K.O. for Dieng.

I would say any end you find. Offensive end. Defensive end. Bitter end. End of times. The ends  that meet. The ends being justified. End of the road. Find an end and I'd rather have Dieng there.

It's just kind of weird that the local Wolve fans don't seem to be speculating much about Bender's workout with the team, or whether they should try to draft him.

So glad you aren't making decisions for the C's then because you are without a doubt incorrect.  Dieng becomes completely unplayable once drug out to the perimeter.  Thibs is going to want to kill him next year he is so bad.  Go watch highlights of the Apr. 5th game against G.S. which Minn. wins in spite of his ineptness.  Dieng is so lost on defense it should wake you up from your delusion.

meaning what?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
