IMO the suspension of Green was huge. He was really missed in game 5. It's just another example of the way the NBA takes care of the LaBabies image. Always trying to keep him from pouting, and directly in the forefront of the league.

The NBA has decided that it's product needs the face of a certain star to be viable in the world of Sports.

IMO LaBron's name should never be mentioned in the same sentence as Mike, Magic, Bird, and Kobe.

I don't think the NBA did it to protect LeBron, I think it was done to ensure the series gets stretched at least a game longer, I don't know the numbers but I would assume one game of revenue brings a team probably a million dollars just for ticket sales, add in merchandise sales, and TV views and I think those numbers are pretty significant.

Yeah, but I currently live in the greater Cleveland area.  You basically have to root for the Cavs if you live in this area.

Warriors biggest disappointment in NBA history going 73-9 in the regular season and blowing a 3-1 series lead in NBA Finals.

At least they can join up with OKC being choke artists lol.

I don't think Draymond Green would've mattered a whole lot; the Cavs did smoke the Warriors in Game 3 with Green playing. They can still smoke the Warriors in Game 6 at home.

that is pretty funny.

If I was forced to bet on the series, I would bet Cleveland wins game 6 and Golden State then closes it out and wins game 7 at home.  I am not a betting man, but if someone made me, that would be my bet.  I hope Cleveland pulls it out, but wouldn't be surprised at all if GS closes it out tonight.

It will be all about Lebron's legacy.

Even if he never wins another one again, this championship will clearly cement him as one of the all-time legends and will definitely be the one he will be remembered for. I mean, the story is so rich with plot points:

1. He brings a championship home to Cleveland after having left his "stacked Heat team"
2. He learns that leading doesn't mean doing everything (aka he couldn't get it done himself last year despite his superhuman performance but this year, he leaned on his teammates)
3. He never gave up and showed the true heart of a champion, leaving everything on the floor and defying all odds by coming back from 3-1 deficit
4. He beat the 73-9 Warriors, the winningest team in NBA history
5. He will have an iconic moment immediately after winning game 7 (prediction: he cries while hugging the trophy and in his presser, makes it all about his teammates)

Probably vaults Lebron into "Mount Rushmore," unfortunately most likely at the expense of Bird.

Green suspension without a doubt for me.

Second me on this. No way Lebron scores 40 with Green on him. Maybe Irving has his game but Lebron could do what ever he wanted out there without Green on the court.

Soooo... about that.

I'm confident GSW will close out -- narrative unnecessary. Why? Because they're a superior team, at Oracle, for game 7. Bogut's injury hurts, but Guys like Green, Iggy, and Klay will not lay down quietly. Add in some rainmakers from Curry, poor decisions from JR Smith and co., and GSW will repeat.

Watching Game 6 I don't think you can be confident in the Warriors.  They are falling apart, both mentally and physically (Iggy's back is hurt).  Curry has turned full on heal (I'm happy about that because he always just rubbed me the wrong way).  Thompson won't stop whining in the press.  Green is continuing his blabber and not backing it up.  The Cavs have clearly gotten into the Warriors head and they p---ed James off.  The Warriors just need to shut the heck up for three days and just play.
