Draft is one week away, Are we okay with #3+ Avery Bradley for Jimmy Butler now?

The draft is now one week away.
We've seen the prospects now and got a chance to get a good look at their workouts (well...other than Bender).
The rumors are flying around again that the Celtics and Wolves are interested in Butler.
I don't want to give up Crowder or IT, or any future Brooklyn picks, but if the Bulls ask for AB+16+the 3rd pick, I am completely down to make the trade.

What are people's thoughts on this now that the draft is a week away?
What if they ask for Smart instead of AB? That's where it gets hard for me. Not sure I do it if Smart is involved.

I will never be okay with that deal.  I want AB, Butler, Crowder, and Smart on the same team.

I'd gladly give up the #3 pick, and even pick #16 as well, to exchange Bradley for Butler at the 2 guard spot.

Make smart use of the rest of the draft picks, sign Horford and a couple useful veterans in free agency, and we might have something, with more picks and cap space to come down the road.

A two way player entering his prime with a tad bit concerning injury issues, that averaged 20+ PPG, 5+ RPG, and 4+ APG for a third round pick and Bradley?

Any time.

I actually would love to keep Bradley.

I could imagine a death small ball line up of IT, Bradley, Butler, Crowder, and whoever is our 5.

No.  I wouldn't trade Dunn and Bradley for Butler.  Even if we keep the 16th.

Easily yes. I like Bradley, but if we do move #3 for Butler, who's playing time would take the most hit assuming we were able to keep everyone? Bradley's playing time easily. Plus, Rozier I think can replace Bradley. If we get to keep Smart, IT, Crowder and the rest of the Nets picks, moving #3 plus Bradley for Butler is a no-brainer.

We would then have two young all-stars in IT and Butler on cost controlled contracts, and still have lots of cap room and Nets picks to add another all-star, and we would keep our defensive core intact with Smart, Crowder, and Butler.

I read it as doing the deal now, a week before the draft. Maybe that was a misinterpretation? I wouldn't make any deal until I know Simmons and Ingram are off the board

Wow that's a tough one. I need to think about that for a while. I'm leaning towards yes but it's very close.

I would actually rather trade Crowder + 3 + 24. Sign Harford to play power forward. Having Butler, IT, and Harford leads to signing Durant.

You start with IT, Butler, Durant, Horford, Olynyk.

Smart and Bradley can come off the bench.

Yes you do the trade... Bull's wont though they want another 1st rounder instead of Bradley.

Why I do this trade is simple.. Butler can dribble and pass.  Bradley can't do those things.

People really underselling Bradley here. The guys is a 1st Team All-Defense averaging 15PPG. I wouldn't trade both of him and #3 for a marginal upgrade.

If we do end up with Butler, it is going to cost considerably more than that package.

 That about half the people voted they wouldn't do the deal makes me think that people aren't going to be happy if we get Butler since it will cost more than that.
