Maybe there's another reason:

@stevekylerNBA Are you allowed to disclose any names?  I bet Dunn is one of them, withholding his records from teams seems suspecg

Pelicans is best bet,

Dunn is a clown and the anti Marcus Smart (worked out twice for the Celts)

Dunn and his genius agent knows none of those guys listed will do 1 on 1s . Basically telling the world , I don't need to workout for anybody.

He thinks he is better than the nba already

I hope he drops likes a rock
or he could have a promise from a team that has a tentative draft day trade ready where they move up to get him.

Pelicans is best bet,
seems like Philly is a possibility as well. NO really does seem like the best fit team for him though. Let EG walk in FA, and run Holiday and Dunn off the ball.

Don't want Dunn anyway.

Is it weird that Bender isn't working out for us until the 21st--?

Seems a bit too close to decision time.

I would jump for joy if Philly took him!

Not really he was under contract and his teams season just ended. He has to fit in all his workouts workouts in a short time.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Philly is promising #1?  I don't think so.

More likely a trade of Okafor + whatever.

You don't not work out for any teams because some team is promising they'll trade and pick you.  If there's a promise, it's not with Philly.

Maybe Philly's got a deal in hand subject to Dunn being on the board.

over on SoSH they mentioned how charlotte gave dunn a promise if he shut down all his workouts.

i dont know if that is true, but it would explain his actions.

If he doesn't want to come to Boston because he knows he'd struggle to get time behind Thomas, then why would he want to go to Charlotte and play behind Kemba Walker?  Doesn't make much sense.

His agent knows it would look bad to see Dunn miss shots against the folding chair.  That's how bad his offense is.  LOL.  And BTW he's 22, he's not the youngest prospect in the draft, and I don't see him as a 'can't miss' more ready to contribute guy.  He may be a very good defender for a guard, but  I don't see him having Smart level defense with the offense a work in progress.

And if he's not even competing vs other players in workouts, I find that a big red flag.  OR a big possibility is that Dunn has a promise with a certain team in the top 10 already and just wants to make sure he goes to that team.

Dunn is one of the best perimeter defenders, passers and ball handlers in this draft.  He's an excellent (and borderline 'elite') athlete and has excellent size and length for the PG spot.  He is excellent at getting to the basket (has a rediculous free throw rate for a guard or 44.9%   over his four college years) and has already shown his outside shot has potential (35% and 37% over his past two seasons).

Dunn has the potential to be the best player in this draft when all is said and done.  He could very easily become better then Ingram, Bender, Hield or Murray - perhaps even Simmons.  His potential is off the charts, and he may well have the highest floor of anybody in this draft.

I wouldn't sleep on him - he could very easily become  an All-Star in this league.

An All-Star that shy away from competition will lead you nowhere
