I'm all aboard the Jaylen Brown train. He said he can shoot now. Seems like he really does get up every morning at 5 AM to work out.

TP

love his attitude, sounds like a winner.

given his physical prowess and drive, if he can just improve his jump shot he'll be a great player. he could be the guy we always thought jeff green should have been.

That's why I'm high on him.
He smells like next GOAT type of player.

well, is anyone surprised that he would make such a statement?  ;D i dont think his agent would coach him to say "yeah, my shooting sucks eggs, just like everyone is worried about."

so, how accurate is this? i dont know. maybe ainge could tell from the work outs. but when no one is actually guarding athletes at this level, they all look great at shooting.

is the draft here yet?  ???
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I think he dropped IT name as someone he's been talking too.  Him and J Kidd.     Interesting.   I like this kid.  Might be a reach at #3.   But I like him.....

Jaylen would certainly agree. Jamal Murray, however, has already said he was the best player in the draft. Interesting tidbit i ran across from Sean Devaney:

Quote
Cal freshman Jaylen Brown worked out for the Celtics this week, but according to a source at the workout, it was Danuel House who stole the show, matching up nicely against Brown and showing he has the potential to be a steal as a 3-and-D wing in the second round. ...

From the DraftExpress videos I saw, Brown looks like he's a long way from being impactful to me. Lots of tools, but very few skills and not the highest BBIQ even though he's obviously a very bright kid. Way too many TOs and offensive fouls even in transition.

The guy kills every interview.....sounds like a veteran all-star already.

He's 3rd on my list behind Bender and Murray, but the space between them is small.
2016 Draft Board #3 Pick

Bender>Brown>Dunn>Murray>Hield

The fact that he gives advice to Ingram speaks volumes. I wouldn't be surprised if Lakers took Brown over Ingram.

High ceiling, yes. High floor, No. Crowder is much better right now.
