I think this is overboard, but Draymond earned it by playing recklessly throughout the playoffs.

Have a feeling the Warriors will win comfortably.  Livingston, Barbosa, Speights, Varejao will come up big at home as they did in Games 1 and 2.

The Warriors are most dangerous when they have a reason to feel slighted and doubted.

That's absurd, biased ruling by the NBA.

A flagrant 1 for a questionable swing that didn't even connect, that was actually Green trying to get Lebron's ass off his head, and no action against Lebron. Its hard to defend the league from people who say its rigged when this stuff happens.

I would have bought a suspension for DG's fouls on Stephen Adams.  This?  No way, you nailed it.  Absurd.

Obviously the NBA wants to give the Cavs a better chance to get one more game and a lot more money out of the Finals.

The intent was pretty clear this time. He couldn't say he was "flailing" around.

Good, a 5 game Finals is boring. Cleveland were obviously going to lose tomorrow, so it's nice to see we might get more basketball.

Hopefully this helps the league in more ways than a Cavs win. The cheap and dirty stuff doesn't belong. If you want to make a statement foul hard like a man then serve your flagrant.

LeBron was also assessed a retroactive technical for the stepover that instigated the supposed flagrant from Green.

My dislike of Draymond Green continues to increase.

I wonder if he's able to appeal?

This suspension is overdue. Green has been tripping, kicking and tackling throughout the playoffs and getting away with it too often.

They should have given him one against OKC, but a makeup call in the finals makes no sense
I'm bitter.

I'd much rather he miss five games to start next season than impact a Finals series.  Especially when it's a matter of accumulated points over the entire postseason.
