Well, we always say it’s 51-49. I get 51 percent of the vote and the rest of [the family] gets 49,” Pierce said. “[My wife’s] input carried a lot of weight. We’ll figure out some things. I know I don’t want to be sitting at home, whatever I do, regardless. If I come back, it will be one more [season] and that will be it. No doubt
In one way, it would be cool to see Pierce back in Green, but I'm not sure I could stomach watching him, as a Celtic, in such a diminished form, especially after being such a great Celtic most of his career.
I notice that Hunter and Young would match Pierce's salary in a Draft Night trade. But I think the Clips would need to add more value. They have #25 and #33. Perhaps BOS also sends out a later 2nd for either of those picks?

Not giving up any asset, how minor it may be.

Doc cut back his minutes so that he'd be ready for the playoffs. But Pierce needed to play more minutes in order to be effective. I watched a number of Clipper Games when CP3 would have an open Pierce on the wing, and ignore him only to hoist his own shot. I'd love to see him back to Boston in his final year!Sullinger plus a 2nd for Pierce!
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.
