This is kind of a Patriots and NFL thing, and not sure how much it really happens in the NBA.  I don't think much at all.  But I would say to the Nets I'll give you say the 23rd, 31st, and 35th picks this year for the right to swap first round pick in 2019, their first in 2020, and the rights to swap first round pick again in 2021. Just keep getting their future picks. Ha
