Take James Young and you get a pick in the 50s for free!

Rather do Thad Young for 23

I'd do a Young swap, James for  Thaddeus, I mean James is so much better and they desperately need a SG ;)

Still not sure what those teams are trying to do, are they trying to reload or rebuild?  They have so few assets now, not much makes sense unless they're moving Carmelo or Brook.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

For a 15ppg and 9.0rpg game?  Come on get serious.  The #23 pick is not nearly enough.....

I would assume they're trying to do different things.  Nets will probably try to use cap space next year to buy picks this year by taking on unwanted expirings.  Knicks will try to trade players they don't want for draft picks.  Both will try to buy a 2nd with cash.

I'd probably be ok with an Amir Johnson and 23 for Robin Lopez trade with the Knicks.  I think Lopez would be a real upgrade at center and does provide for some decent rim protection though his contract is a bit steep.

If Brooklyn wanted to give up RHJ then I'd gladly give them 16 and a future protected pick (maybe Boston's 2018 lottery protected) assuming RHJ's health checked out.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Amir Johnson would have to go to the Nets in the trade for salary matching purposes though and then it becomes a bit more fair, though I do think it would have to be 16.

The Nets getting worse is great for us. Hopefully they trade away Lopez and Young for picks and then end up the worst team in the league.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

If Toronto are looking to clear enough cap room to re-sign Biyombo and DeRozan could the Nets put something together for Terrance Ross and #9?

I'd be pretty happy with number 16 for Young, though I think they'd ultimately want more.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

I think #27 is a much more reasonable target than #9.
