Thon is also super skinny right now.  He's a project who could be a good rim protector down the line and interior presence. 

He's the new age Manute Bol as far as I'm concerned except shorter.  Stockier like Gorgui Dieng with range. 

If Gorgui and Bol mated you'd have Thon Maker and both those guys turned out alright.

At practices in local gyms ,   Guys said Thon swatted away everything in sight.   He was a monster and very intimidating to other kids on the court.
