IMO except Isaiah, and i think he can be had as well for the right price/player.

I think we are dangling #3/Smart/Young players for a superstar.

Just saying, dont be surprised if Marcus is traded on Draft night. I have a feeling hes our first player gone.

Would you guys do a #3/Smart/Future Brooklyn/cap filler for Jimmy Butler?

I would do everything you said except a future Brooklyn pick. I'd prefer to offer one of ours, but would also being willing to part ways with the Memphis pick. There's a potential that that Brooklyn pick could be top 5. So, technically the trade above could be put into these terms: 3 top 6 picks for Jimmy Butler?

I think that's too much, but I could see something like #3/Smart/Memphis pick/JJ

I disagree.. Isaiah is DEFINITELY on the table. There are multiple teams during this year's playoffs that would have killed for scoring at the PG position (Indy, SA, Dallas, Miami, ATL).
Not saying that i want him traded, but he can definitely bring in value for teams that are in "Championship in next 3 years" mode.

If Ainge were to trade Isaiah, after all but naming him team rep/ambassador/chief recruiter, I think he'd lose a lot of face around the league with players and agents.

Agree 100%. Last thing I would want to do is trade away a future top 8 pick in addition to 3 and marcus. I happen to be one of the people who value marcus pretty highly. I don't ever think he will be a offensive stud, but he will be starter quality on that end. His defense though, that's a different story. Potential all nba defender, and two high 1sts for a guy who will have to play out of position in this scenario? Pass.

Something like 3, Smart, Memphis, rj hunter, 35th and young for butler would be cool.

Arent we one of those teams though? Thats why i agree that yes hes probably on the table, but it would be very steep for a team to get him. Hes a big part of our future unless DA gets a no brainer offer.

Agree that we are, but if Danny gets an all-star or a high first round pick for Isaiah, he will definitely do it.

I would have to do this, as this would make the Celtics a VERRRRRRY intriguing Free Agent Destination *cough KEVIN DURANT cough*  8)

I think the only untouchable Brooklyn pick is the swap for next year.  I would trade the 2018 one though, as 2017, according to experts, is stacked.

The one bad thing about the NBA is free agency is after the draft.  I wish it was prior so the teams could possibly hit free agency and then change needs based on that.

I don't think it is much of a stretch to say everyone, including IT, is on the table for the right player.  I think Danny would even trade his son.

Here is one to think about (a value gauging exercise).  Assuming all the buzz about the possibility of trading #3 for Okafor is true, would you rather give up #3 or Marcus Smart in a trade for Okafor?

How about Marcus Smart to PHO for #4?

How about IT to Lakers or Sixers for #2 or #1?
