You think we are going to see Mozgov starting for Game 3? Seems funny but that Love injury could be a blessing in disguise for Cleveland.

I know one thing for CERTAIN

I DO NOT WANT KLOvE on the Celtics

Let him be a Laker

Agreed. I have lost all interest in him.

Boston may have dodged a bullet not signing Love .   He plays zero defense ......and he gets hurt anytime he tries ......by big ol mean KO .... ::)

Cavs fans were calling KO our enforcer. I may have popped a disc out I was laughing so hard at that.

As overwhelming as the Cavs were against their Eastern Conference opponents, that's how much better the Warriors are than the Cavs.

I think Love is an interesting quandary for Cleveland. It seems to me (pure eye test- no statistical research on my part to support/refute this) that Cleveland is better without Love on the floor on a consistent, game-to-game basis. However, when Love is firing on all cylinders is when I think Cleveland is at its absolute best as a team.

Same thing for Irving. No Love/Kyrie allows Cleveland to lock down on defense and let LeBron go to work, which is more consistent than relying on said second or third banana to do work. However, to win a championship you need that second guy (and usually the third one, too) to step up, a la Wade and Bosh, respectively, in Miami.

I think id try Thompson Mozgov as the starting frontcourt, and stagger Kyrie's minutes so he gets time as the main guy on the second unit.

Cavs best chance is to play slow to avoid mistakes and turnovers that lead to fast breaks. Don't let the Warriors establish a rhythm. Hope the shooters off the bench get hot. Try to dominate the glass. Keep it close till the fourth and then let LeBron attack every possession.

so far i am a happy camper and even my predictions on love and kyrie defense sucking has come true.

by the way, i missed most of the game, why did love only play 20+ minutes? did they simply pull his weak butt out or is he injured?

A so-called concussion. Didn't look like much of a hit to me, but he crumbled to the ground, then kept playing, then later checked himself out and when to the locker room. He sucked before and after the hit, so no loss for Cleveland.

Dude he got nailed at full speed with an elbow to the back of the head. It's a legit concussion.

This is what they should have done from the beginning but they just seemed determined to try and outscore GS. Just not going to happen...

The NBA concussion protocol is a joke.  He was lying dazed under the basket as players drove to the hoop, and they just let it play on.  I know concussions are rarer in the NBA, but seriously, they need to find a way to stop play more quickly.

Warriors have convincingly won the last 7 games against the Cavs. Does anybody think the Cavs can win 4 of the next 5 games? All signs point towards a sweep or Warriors in five.

One thing, when people say that they need to put their defenders in, okay then what? People say that as if GSW isn't a better team than they were last season. It's as if what worked then will simply work again without looking to see if GSW is better than what worked against them last season. Hell, they already proved they were better than that strategy LAST SEASON, what are they going to do, get worse than what they were last season?

EVERYONE said (yea, me 2) that we needed to see a full strength Cavs, you finally had that. Now everyone wants them to go back to their post-injuries lineup? Hahaha come on now.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

So are Irving and Love overrated ......or has Bron fell off ....since last year .

Kyrie is a 23 year old who went from being the best player on a horrible team to second best on a title contender and has no idea what to do when he's not dominating the ball and scoring.  I still haven't given up on Love but we've seen for two years that he can't fit as a third wheel.  And LeBron has clearly lost his physical edge.
