Hield is the safest pick in the draft and, barring injury, will not be a bust given his stellar shooting and strong work ethic. Worst-case, he is the next Reddick; best-case, he is the next Ray Allen.
I would be thrilled to suck in Phoenix with Bender hype, take Hield at 4, and then move the rest of our picks to get back into the top ten again. Hield is definitely a guy who can contribute some major shots off the bench in his first year. He would make our backcourt a VERY balanced four-deep since his offensive game is basically already on par with the defensive game of Bradley/Smart.
