Could we trade up??

Probably not worthy of a new thread but I wasn't sure on which thread to comment this in. Does anyone thing with all the guards and draft picks we have, that maybe we could trade our 3rd pick plus maybe the 16th or some second rounders or even players for the 2nd or even the 1st pick? We can guarantee now that KD isn't coming to Boston, at least this off season so we might be stuck building through the draft. I doubt the Lakers or Sixers would do it but you never know. Thoughts?

Id put it at like a.001 % chance and that even would only be if LA or Philly  fall in love with someone other than Ingram/Simmons, then they may be inclined to trade back with us to pick up some assets.

Don't think trading up would be possible as Philadelphia and LA are in serious rebuilding mode. They need those picks for future building blocks.
