I really like Kris Dunn.
Good defender, good size for a point guard, can score.
Will save us from Marcus at the point.

chris we can't. How many pgs can you jam pack in one lineup?  There comes to a pt even though you don't skip out on BPA,  enough is enough

If Dunn is drafted seriously one or two of Smart, IT , Rozier have to go

Dunns agent is not sharing his medical records with teams that have young established guards. He specifically mentioned C's and Phx.

very weird but I don't see Dunn as a player the C's would be interested in.  doesn't have enough of an outside shot to fit Brad's system and he doesn't play D like Marcus.

Dunn is a very good defender....lots of steals.
I would be happy with Dunn, Brown, or Murray.
No Bender, please.

Dunn's "camp" has gone on record saying he does not want to be drafted by the Celtics.

What ever happened to the day of rookies playing where they are told and not announcing who should and should not draft them ahead of time? Bunch of primadonna's in this day and age. Either way screw this kid. Hopefully he rots in Philly, Phoenix or Denver lol.

I have to agree with you on Dunn, extremely disappointing to read.

Dunn is a really impressive talent and he is one of the few guys in this draft who I feel has legitimate all-star potential.  All reports have suggested that he's a high character guy (with great intangibles) too.

I was having a really hard time deciding who I want more at #3 out of Hield and Dunn. I was leaning towards Hield due to need (scoring and shooting ability, plus we have a PG in IT), but Dunn is so talented I wasn't completely sure.

This news has made my decision a lot easier - Heild all the way.

I think he'd be the BPA.

If Dunn is drafted seriously one or two of Smart, IT , Rozier have to go

Dunn has the same height and length as Marcus Smart, has a strong frame (not as strong as Smart obviously, but still very strong), outstanding athleticism, and a very good outside shot.

Really good defensive player too.

I'd have no problem at all with either:

1) Making Dunn our starting SG

or

2) Making Dunn our stating PG so IT can play off the ball (as we were doing in the playoffs)

If Dunn has anywhere near the talent that I think he has, then I'd do whatever I had to do to make sure there is a starting spot available for him.

At least I would have, prior to reading about this outburst (which has really turned me off).  It takes a high level of ego, selfishness and arrogance to start making demands about which teams you're willing to play for when you haven't even been drafted yet.

About the only case where I would forgive that is if it was Simmons or Ingram demanding to go to somebody other than the Sixers - in that case I totally understand, because no guy with a competitive bone in his body would want to go there.

To reject a Celtics team that has made the playoffs two years straight, purely because that team already has a starting PG, is sending a very clear message to the world that personal glory (playing time, role and stats) are more valuable to you then winning.  That's not a message I am especially fond of.

A couple of "heavys" think he's going to be really good.

"Kris Dunn was a star at Providence. He'll be an All-Star in the NBA because of how defenders can't rely on the hand check. Book it. #pcbb"

I'd take heed."

It's been reported that Dunn doesn't want to go to either the Celtics or the Suns due to their PG situation (they already have an established PG in place).  There is alot of talk that he will refuse giving out his medical records to those 2 teams.
