Interesting. That might work, because Bradley could certainly be sold as a potential replacement for Derozan, too.
However, I'd only do this if we were sure that we weren't going to make any free agent splashes or big trades this summer. Hell, if we lucked out and got a top-two pick along with trading for Poeltl, we'd actually upgrade quite a bit while also enhancing our future. Let's say we got the number two pick, imagine this lineup:
PG: IT, Rozier
SG: Smart, Joseph, Hunter
SF: Ingram, Turner, Young
PF: Crowder, KO, Mickey
C: Poeltl, Amir
That's actually an exciting looking core for both the present and the future, and hell, if we got the first pick and took Simmons, then we now have our frontcourt of the future, too.
