Amazingly, 11 of the 30 head coaches that started the 2015-16 season are no longer with their respective teams. Crazy biz.

Orlando presumably would be able to block such a move if they desire, unless it's college.

Yeah, exactly - that's why they have contracts. I suppose they could go the Doc Rivers route and trade him to his preferred destination.

It's really too bad. Ironically, he seemed like a great fit for that team (to me, from afar). I guess it will be interesting to read the details as they are released (because they will be).
