Mickey got posted up by kris freaking humphries. He's not ready. Neither is Olynyk. Too protective of his shoulder
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

KO has not even made  bucket this series has he. We really needed his 3 pt shooting. He is injured for sure

next game lots of min for Jerebko, Amir and Sullinger

guys lets not be so hard on this unit.   seriously overachieved this season like I thought they would

but regular season and playoffs are a different animal

the top players come out to play. The ones with the kind of mental strength to come through

I hope we can get a few more of these kind of players.  AB back healthy.

I want us to draft some really nice prospects that can help sooner than later

Maybe if there is a basketball god either Simmons or ingram

This on Stevens because he didn't play Mickey? Really? That's why they lost?

I hope all you people clamoring for Mickey see why you were wrong.

He is a solid prospect, but clearly not close to being ready.

If only Stevens was smart enough to put him in  Celts would have swept already.

Edited. No personal attacks.

Sorry OP and sorry mods. Probably should have worded that post different but this is one whopper of an over reaction thread after a loss. There is just no way playing a player who isnt ready to get NBA minutes was going to ever change the outcome of this game. I just cant see how anyone who watched this game or has watched this Celtic team this year can come to the conclusion that somehow Jordan Mickey would have made a difference. Heck, if anything, we most likely would have lost by even more than we did if Mickey had played a more significant role.

Hah, yeah...that is too funny.  I do agree that KO shouldn't be out there though, the moment is too big for him and he is clearly still injured or at least psychologically unsure of himself.  He looked absolutely awful.  The whole front line is playing poorly.  I really doubt Sully is coming back.

As usual, CBS can not make the shots for this team.

Can you explain how Mickey would have made a tangible difference?  How does not playing Mickey equate to a 27 point loss?

I think Coach Stevens got outcoached by Bud last night. The C's went away from what won them games 3 & 4: ball movement on offense, IT4 playing off the ball, and turnovers leading to fast break points. I question why is Olynyk in this game because he showed last game he's not healthy enough to contribute this series. The C's had a chance to put some distance early on in the game but once again the C's settle for quick shots which were mostly from 3. It has been the downfall for the C's all year, they fall in love with the 3 point shot and forget then can attack the paint. IT & ET have been very good all season of getting to their spots in the paint, Smart has shown an improvement to attack the paint when he sees an opening and Crowder has been fairly good of attacking off the ball movement and shifting the D. The C's gotta get back to Celtic basketball for Game 6 because that wasn't it in Game 5.
