The Celts defense means they can win any game.

They've done really well in this series all things considered.  Going at least 6 without AB after game 1.

Just note: teams who win game 5 win the series. Boston has to go on a serious tear right now in order to win it. ATL is just about 30 points ahead. I never seen a team come back from that far behind unfortunately...

Defense means nothing if we can't score. Its unfair to expect IT to score 20+ pts a game every night because the opposing team just has to key in on him and we are dead in the water. I say it all the time. We need a juggernaut player who can play inside and out off the ISO. We are only getting stomped because are O stopped.

Can't blame CBS for not having players who cant score.

I agree with you but this is the playoffs. Yes the team as currently constructed in Boston can win any game at any time.....during the regular season.

However this off-season could make us the best team in basketball, if we:
1 get lucky with the lottery
2. trade the pick for Cousins, nothing else, and get a TE
3. Sell Durant on why signing with Boston would equal many championships and we can always sign Ibaka/Westbrook the following season(if that is something he is looking for because he is loyal to them)

ALSO, we need to move assets around and etc. so we can get more picks for 2017 with potential of being in the lottery/unprotected.
Thomas bryant: Reminds me of Embiid, but is a year younger and should do well in his soph year
Bam Bam: Will be good NBA player and like i've said is legit
Jonathon Jeanne: needs time/stash bc he is a Rudy Gobert with better offense
Dennis smith jr: was my pick for #1 but he is recouping from acl injury

He averaged 22.2 pts a game in the regular season. I think it's more than fair to expect that from him in the playoffs, too. We need more scoring around IT, for sure. We also need a point guard who can guard a wet paper sack and not give up tons of penetration and points from the top of the key. We need more two-way players who aren't liabilities on one side of the floor or the other.

The Celtics will win game 6. However, if they don't, I'm not going to be dissapointed with how they played in this series. You can't win without consistent shooting in the NBA, you just can't. Grit, hustle, defense; it only gets you so far and this is what we are seeing with the Celtics right now. Also, Bradley going out was huge because he was the ONLY other shooter we had.

Team is too inexperienced and offensively challenged to win on the road right now. Bradley is missed but I still don't think this team is as talented as Atlanta even with him. Atlanta's game plan was to take IT out of the game and run two guys at him and it worked. Celts had their chance early when they were up by 10 and Atlanta stated getting tight. But the inexperience shows up because they started getting sloppy and jacking up 3's.,Once Atlanta got their confidence they started playing loose and the Celts just wilted, again inexperienced and offensively challenged

[dang] this game is giving me greys. We were up by 10 points n all signs looked good on defense then the team just falls apart. Crowder can't hit a shot, teams missing lanes, passes r getting turned over and we can't hit a 3 to save our life. Boston looks lost and confused out there and It seems like everything ATL throws up is money. ATL is just a far superior team then the Celtics.
