I think Atlanta have the pressure on them going into the next game. They have lost a 2-0 lead and know if they lose they have to go to Boston, where they have lost in the last two games. I think the Celtics will start quick and get a lead, giving the Hawks more concern and causing them to lose composure. Celtics win and they go to Boston and wrap up the series. Celtics in 6.

The series is tied 2-2. We looked pretty poor on the road, and much better at home. Before the Series, I thought we would lose in 6 games. After the second game I thought we might get swept. Now I think we have a series chance to win the series in 6. I do worry that the Hawks will start knocking down open shots when they are at home but I don't see them beating us at home either.

What was your original prediction and how do you feel about it now?
Middle of the third quarter in Game 4 I thought they ran out of gas and wouldn't win another game this series. Now? Anything is possible.

My thoughts exactly. I predicted us to win the series in 6 games before AB went down, then I thought we would lose in 5 games so right now I'm excited for what's possibly to come.

Still, I tend to think that whatever we get from the remaining games is a "bonus" so I wouldn't be extremely surprised to see us getting blown out in Atlanta like in game 2, win game 6 and lose game 7 or win both games 5 and 6 or lose both... Basically, I don't know what to expect.

The Hawks still have home court, and they're healthier.

Original prediction:  Celts in 6

Current prediction:  Hawks in 7 (but I desperately want to be wrong)

This is where I'm sitting as well. I was confident that we would win the two home games and we did. However, winning 4 in a row against this Atlanta team is going to be very hard. If we win Game 5 then you have to feel confident about our chances but if we lose then it'll be a Game 7 on the road. Whilst I do think we can go to Atlanta for Game 7 and win, it's more likely that the Hawks win.

I would not be surprised if either team won in 6 or 7 but as it stands the advantage is with the home court team. It's why we fought so hard for it all season, just a shame we slipped up at the end

Now that we're deeper into the series and fatigue will be a big factor, you have to start wondering how much the Hawks will really want this. Hoford is a free agent and everyone knows the front office was trying to blow up the team at the deadline. Do any of them have a real incentive to put their bodies on the line for the privilege of getting beat by the Cavs when they know there's a high possibility that this team starts rebuilding next year?

Maybe its just wishful thinking on my part, but I think their intensity will start to waver.

Objectively speaking, the most likely outcome is Hawks in 7. I still think the Hawks are the better team given the Celtics' injuries, and home court advantage is really significant too.

After controlling most of game 3, I thought game 4 would be a battle and maybe the toughest game of the series.  ATL goes into it thinking "OK, we laid a stinker in game 3 and Isaiah went off, let's come out and put this series to bed".

Well, I think that sort of came true and we took the Hawks best punch when they rallied to end Q2 and start of Q3.

My prediction therefore is that we've already mentally won this series and will take care of them in games 5 and 6.

It helps that I also think as this series goes deeper we gain a bigger coaching advantage.

I think home court advantage for ATL will be the edge for them. This goes 7, though. Loss of Avery is going to hurt in the end when we can't make outside shots.

Thought this series was going 7 from the beginning.  Nothing has really changed my mind on that yet.  Although, I certainly didn't expect the series to unfold like it has.
