That dude's been playing his butt off. Hit several clutch three's tonight. Check out his numbers in the starting lineup the last two games:

Game 3: 11 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists, 5-12 (1-4 3PT)

Game 4: 16 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 6-9 (3-6)

The Swede's playing some great minutes. Did a nice job against Horford late.

Amazing how guys on this team are stepping up.

TP.  Stevens is having to play mad scientist with some of these lineups, and Jerebko's play is a huge reason why it's working.

Yup.. Jerebko has come a long way.

He was complete trash in the first half of the season.  He started to come on as the season ended and now he is peaking at the perfect time.

Also great job by Steven's for even recognizing it and starting him after playing 80 games this season with no starts.

Jerebko is getting looks because Atlanta is doubling off him to stop Thomas.  This is not intended to totally take away from Jerebko's fine play.  He has played very well, important contributions to two playoff wins.  You do need to keep it in context though.

Jerebko is a very mature and consistent player.  I suspect Stevens loves him because he knows what to expect from him.  He is doing it under the pressure of the playoffs which is great.  It will be interesting to see how Atlanta adjusts to this.  I suspect they will stick to their plan thinking they can win at home.  We'll see.

The shooting is great but expected.  The defense and rebounding have been really great to see.

His biggest effect is on our energy levels, I think.  Nice not to dig a hole, in a game.

In the highlights I saw Jerebko well above the rim a number of times.  Did not know he had the lift.  He is very athletic.  Needs just a little more speed and quickness to be elite.

He's been very good ever since they acquired him.  Tonight he was more than very good.

I think he was a pretty fantastic athlete prior to tearing his Achilles.

When he can get to the rim with speed, he has some lift, like the putback slam in the opener of game 3.

I've had love for Jerebko ever since about a week after we snapped him up in the trade last year.

From the moment he arrived in Boston he has played hard and has contributed on both ends of the court.

He plays the right way, and while he isn't hugely talented (as in star potential) he is one of those guys who makes the absolute most of every bit of talent he has, and he has the right combination of skills to make him a very valuable support player.

Actually I remember at the start of this season I was actually predicting that Jerebko/Amir might well be our best starting lineup, since both guys can defend multiple positions and both guys can score.  From memory people were calling me crazy for suggesting Jerebko was good enough to start, but there is something about his game that I just really like.  He is the type of guy who can fit in alongside just about any player.
