Watching on TV, I honestly thought that was one of the better crowds I've ever heard in the Garden, especially considering it was Game 3 of the first round and we were down 2-0. There was some serious juice in the building tonight. Thoughts from those in attendance?

I was there (necro post, haven't been on in like 2 years haha). Side note, this was my first ever playoff game.

anyway, i thought the crowd was awesome tonight. We were real, real loud before they came out, and the Jonas tip slam got the energy through the roof.

We got on Schroder something fierce.

3rd we were quite, combo of being up alot to start and people having food to munch on, but we rallied in the fourth.

defiantly brought the home court advantage, keep it rolling those going sunday!

I haven't been to a playoff matchup in Boston since the Twan/Pierce days-- but man that was and still is the loudest arena I've ever been in.  And that's coming from a guy who's attended his fair share of arena butt-rock concerts.

Nice work Celtic faithful!

It seemed awesome on TV, luckily I'm making the trip from Long Island to Boston this sunday. I plan on being one of the loud ones at game 4, let's go Celtics!

Oh my goodness. That was a great crowd to listen to from TV. The green out was nice (though there were still some who didn't wear it). And the cheers were so dope. And the booing for Schroeder was awesome too.

Is there gonna be a green out for game 4 too?
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I was there as well. You could definitely feel the energy/vibes walking into the stadium from everyone. I think people knew they had to be loud and the hot start set the tone for the entire game. Sometimes I couldn't hear the whistle. Gonna need a repeat on Sunday. This team has a legit home court advantage and they should cash in tomorrow again with another good performance.

Schroeder also might have become the nemesis fans like to hate.

I was at the game.  The crowd was amazing.  The fans have been great all year but that was another level.  On to Game 4!!

They were loud and very supportive - especially big when the HAwks took the lead and things were trending down.

I'm not a fan of the MVP chant being overused though.  I love IT,  but MVP??
Yup

Crowd was great I lost my voice after the game. I wanted to run on the floor and beat the crap out of the ref wearing number 15. One of the worst officials I can remember.
There are many reasons why I love the Boston Celtics and one of those is how passionate we are as fans and how loud we get showing we are behind them 100%. I wonder if guys from opposing teams think the crowd at the garden is crazy and wish they had that type of fan base.
Whoever is going to Sundays game bring the noise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well he certainly was MVP of the game last night so it was warranted.
