The dude is the perfect upgrade for our collection of guards. Drafting him can open the door for trades of James Young, RJ Hunter and possibly Avery Bradley. Hes got big potential, great combo guard! This draft is deep :S

I'm fine with a guard as long as he's better than what we have. An upgrade is an upgrade regardless of the position.

If Ainge feels like Murray is an upgrade to our current guards long term, then it allows us to trade guards for bigs.

The thing is the past few years our best lineups have featured Crowder a big and 3 guards. If we wanted to play small consistently then we probably could use another guard.

Guard or not we need shooting and Murray brings it. Not to mention people act like we're set with guards... We do have a ton now, but how do you know DA won't have trades set up with a bunch of them?

I think I would rather have Dunn. I have no problem drafting a guard if he turns out to be an all-star. You wouldn't turn down drafting Damian Lillard because the C's have guards. The C's don't have a superstar. If Murray is the start then so be it. Delusional Danny can't afford to miss on this pick. God knows when they will get a pick this high again.
