I would take Ingram but Labissiere might turn out to be the best player in this draft. The guy has incredible quickness and length and has a nice touch. He got beat up in College and drowned in a sink or swim team. That's very concerning since most NBA coaches are going to treat him the same way.

The skills are there tho. He just has to toughen up. Picking him at 4 or 5 would not surprise me.

Its because Skal was the #2 prospect at the beginning of the year and this article has no date on it.  He probably just copied Draft Express 5 months ago and someone found an old article.

Edit: Here is an article from 2 days ago where he says the consensus top two are Simmons and Ingram: http://www.csnne.com/boston-celtics/Brooklyn-Nets-pick-gives-Boston-Celtics-third-best-shot-at-top-overall-pick
