What or who is ADJ?

you serious? lol
Na I'm serious is this a quote from somebody?

what is adj?
add me to the list of people with no idea who ADJ is or if that is a person or what

I assumed it meant adjustment.  As in, make this adjustment, KO starting and Rozier on Schroeder.

I agree with starting KO

but rozier on schroeder would work in theory
but rozier is still an unproven rookie
plus smart is an great defensive guard who should be able to handle schroeder

or stevens can have bradley on schroeder and have smart guard korver

I don't mind the idea of changing something up to catch Atlanta off guard.  Starting KO for either Sullinger or Johnson maybe but I don't see any value in playing Rozier over Smart.

Smart got rocked by Schroder the last game. Schroder was driving past him, dancing around pnr and probably laughing in the process

He is quick like a cat.  Rozier is a little better on ball defender against these small pesky PGs.  Of course AB is best suited. But he can't guard Teague and Schroder the whole game

And if you are going to use Smart vs Schroder you have to take adv of that on the offensive end. And post him up all day and night.   But CBS for some reason does not resort to these type of matchups 24/7 and wants to keep using his pass to big player, IT dances around, gets the ball back,  passes the ball again, runs a little lap and gets the ball again.    Maybe trying to make his defender dizzy/off balance is the goal

You can have Smart and Rozier out at the same time. Just have Smart cover someone else

Schroder does not start. But is a killer off the bench and at times will play long stretches with Teague

I do not see us starting a rookie.  It does not happen in the playoffs, to change your starting lineup with a rookie that has not stood out as a star.   He has shown he can play though.

I see Stevens leaning this way only unobviously and indirectly. That is, he frequently gives the starting bigs a quick hook, but he seldom changes the starting lineup. Sully and/or Amir could come out as early as four minutes in, at least by the second game, if needed. It would take a dramatic difference for him to start KO in the second half in some game.

Likewise, TRoz probably only gets minutes, on Schroder, after other coverages fail on him.

But Brad's a competitor and he'll get to these adjustments in a slightly roundabout and obscured way if he thinks he needs them.

I'm pretty sure we need IT to guard Teague. I don't really want him on anyone else. I'd rather do
IT
Bradley
Smart
Crowder
Amir

I don't think Kelly is fast enough to guard Horford. I could see Rozier getting some minutes because we have 2 undersized guards. I wouldn't be surprised if we see very little of Sully again.
