All excited about the last nets game hoping for a loss and we lock up the third seed . But Danny's job isn't done for the season. He will be on that phone working it dat after regular season ends. I think this is the biggest Celtics offseason maybe ever. Lots of stuff on the line. What is everybody thinking?

I am more excited for the draft lottery than the playoffs.

As a fan, you're certainly entitled to that opinion. But this postseason is HUGE for the players on this team - nearly all of whom haven't even won a game in a playoff series.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
It's exactly 31 days until the draft lottery and we are going to *likely* have the 3rd best odds.
Just amazing.

To think we've got a solid chance at Simmons or Ingram is something I never really pondered until recently. It's 30 days away which could change the future of the franchise for the next 15 years.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
