Crowder has to be more involved. This is such bull. And we need more fair refs. Iso joe is pushing off our guys every time and on the other end we drives and get hammered and get no call
I actually think weve gotten lucky on a few drives by MIA where weve been making a lot of contact.

  • "Celtic for life" REBUILD OR TANK
The way this team has been playing the last two games makes me feel sick in the stomach.

This is a team that is known for overcoming lack of talent by playing with heart and fire, and a team fighting for home court advantage in the playoffs...yet they look like a team that has secured the #1 seed and has nothing to play for.

Minimal ball movement, no effort at all on defence - and to make it worse the body language suggests that they don't even care...because there seems to be no signs of frustration on anybody's face.

I think Avery Bradley has been the only guy this past two games that has looked and played like somebody who wants to actually win.

I think they are content with getting swept in the playoffs. if thats the case then we should have tanked and gotten a higher draft piclk.

What the heck is going on?

No energy, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Miami will have a killer's edge in the Playoffs if we don't even try and get this one close.

I don't get it. Its like this team completely tanked away the last 4 games and home court advantage and playoff position.

I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I would normally agree, but the way we are playing the last two days I'm starting to wonder.

I mean, what the hell is this honestly?  I understand we have played three good teams, and there's a chance you lose all three games.  But you still expect the team to bloomin' TRY to win.

The most disappointing guy has been Crowder.  For a guy who has been our energy/passion guy all year long, he has had no defensive impact, and has been taking horrible shots (fadeaways, etc) on offence.  Not sure if the injury is bothering him, but if it is take the guy out and let him rest...because the way he's playing we aren't winning this game with him on the court.

I kinda feel like Boston only cares about avoiding Toronto and Cleveland in the first round, and now that they have done that they don't care about winning...and they're just trying to avoid injury by playing carefully.

That's the only explanation I can think of, honestly.

Thomas looks tired, he's front rimming everything. When he's not being efficient, this team has no answers.

I'm one of those fans that takes great pride in being a Celtics nerd and watching every possible minute of C's games possible.  But even I'm not sure I want to watch this 2nd half.

I'm just going to say it - Crowder isn't a very good team defender. He ALWAYS seems to lose his guy when helping.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
