Feels like the C's best chance is at the 4th seed the way they and Atlanta look right now.

Yep, was just thinking that. And it sucks because Atlanta is our worst potential first round matchup, so we can't just necessarily rest players and fall to the sixth seed now. I'm actually not too worried about Miami or Charlotte, because we matchup really well with both of them. So fourth or fifth will be okay with me, because we've shown that we can win on the road, especially against both Charlotte and Miami, though that does mean we're facing Cleveland in the second round rather than potentially in the ECF.

Lol can we even win against them at this point? I mean, we just look horrid. Jae has to be like a savior or something.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

We are in a slump. We can definitely get back into a groove by the time the playoffs role around, but this rut might be the difference between the 3 and 5 seeds.

People really underestimate how much losing Jae hurts. It's not so much that Jae is THAT good. Rather, it's that we have absolutely NO WING DEPTH. When you play Turner at the 3, you shrink the floor due to his lack of three point shooting (same with Smart), and you lose a lot of the wing defense and tenacity. A lot of our issues lately have definitely stemmed from Jae's absence. I'm hoping we can be back to ourselves by integrating Jae before the playoffs start, which he's supposed to be back next game.

Why is Turner still playing?
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

A good penetration and kick by Smart for that Mickey dunk, too.

Smart played quite well today.

Hopefully he can use this as a launching point for the end of the year and more importantly the playoffs.

It makes the Clippers sleep better at night. They will soon realize what they don't have in Glenn Rivers.
