Watching several highlights I see both players , play with some swagger

-Chriss is a 6'9 and 220 pounds PF but has handles like a SF. Can shoot the ball.  Good lateral quickness.  He is jumping up on draft boards.  Many thought he will return for his sophomore  year.   Unfortunately I didn't see it last night, but I can see where Chad Ford is coming from with Danny taking a big risk and grabbing Criss at the 5-7 spot.     If Criss played the whole year like he did the last four games/puts it together,  he looks like a top 3 worthy prospect

Highlights to see what this kid is about. You can also check out another high level prospect Dejounte Murray (6'5 PG)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOv2VGHujN8

-Dwayne Bacon. What a last name lol.  6'7 SG built.  Explosive/quick. Underrated handles.  Loves to shoot that midrange jump shot.  His 3 pt shooting needs work but I can see him improving on it.  Also able to finish on the drive
Again like Chriss plays with swagger.  I'm reading can get really hot and carry you on the back for stretches on the offensive game

Other than IT we lack guys like this on the team. You can't have too many of these kind of guys imo (team play goes down) but we could use one or two more.

24 pts game winner

20 pt game

Any more info on these two guys??.

Chriss looks like a lottery luck based on potential. Bacon is a second round talent who is athletic, but isn't a good shooter.

Bacon is more like a Tyreke Evans SG. But his teammate Malik Beasley is almost his equal.

I hope both kids stay in school and give the team one more run. They could have a real shot next year and both can improve their games to be lottery picks.

difficult comparison.  Bc Bacon is more athletic than Evans. Better shooter than LS.

Kind of like  a Dwade too without the explosive hop also

Don't think he's ready. He clearly has the athletic tools and raw shooting skills, but he was really inefficient against good competition - shot 23% from 3pt, 38% from mid & 53% at the basket against tourney-level teams. Think he'd be better served staying in school and polishing his skills. Comparison is tough since he was in such a shooting slump late in the year, but I could see him emerging as a JR Smith type player if he perfects the jump shot.

Agreed with the latter. Would like to see them both stay.

on a side note Dejounte Murray the real deal?  People are pegging him as the top pg of the draft, if not top 2-3

6'5 pg with handles/athleticism dont come around everyday

Is he, though? His 28% from 3's, 71% from the line, and 44% from the field say otherwise.

Now that guy is an unknown for me. Is he Payton, Payne or LaVine? I have to look into him.

Yes bc a SG should shoot at 50 percent plus from the field

If you take away his 3 pt shooting he is doing well statistically

His 3 pt shooting needs work. But he has the stroke and confidence to shoot the ball

Nobody is saying bacon is a lottery pick but from 17-25 possible with the package he presents to the table
