If we Draft Hield who should be traded

 If we Draft Buddy Hield with the Nets pick that's great for the Celtics, not great for Stevens.

 At that point a guard for a big makes ton's of sense.
 Presumably Noel or Okafor could be available, but who would you prefer we move. Bradley or Smart Rozier doesn't have much value yet neither does Hunter or Young, So it really comes down to Avery and Marcus.

Likely it will depend on what the other team wants. If we've got Bradley, Smart, Rozier and Hield we can afford to lose any of them in a good deal.

I'd have to see if Hield is a capable NBA player before trading away Smart, AB, or any other capable player

Bradley. He's already maximized his potential and is on a good contract, but not his rookie deal, and would make a solid role player somewhere else. This of course assuming we drafted Hield as a sure-fire starter.

We better not draft him with the Nets pick, unless we get really unlucky and end up picking 6th.

I would love to use our other picks to try to trade up and get him though. His 3 point shooting is what we really need. If we drafted him I don't think we would necessarily need to trade a guard right away. If he earned the minutes during the season he could allow us to package Bradley to try to upgrade our big men.

If you are moving Smart or Bradley depending on what the selling team wanted. Effective SG play on good contract or potential still under rookie deal control. What you want back would be the most important consideration in making a trade work.

I'd trade Bradley fwiw, still not giving up on Marcus's overall potential. Bradley is a known quantity.

I'd say Zeller would be the prime candidate to be signed and traded or let go in this situation.

All depends on the deal. Right now I'd say two possible deals are
Smart for Noel. Young defenders, Guard for C.
AB for Ibaka. Decent two way players, SG for PF.

So starters of
IT, Smart, Crowder, Ibaka, AJ
Or
IT, AB, Crowder, KO, Noel.

I failed to take that into consideration, but my thought is if we go small, might as well go all in.
I don't think going all in is something you can do on a roster level. Not having at least 5 NBA bigs is asking for a disaster if injuries occur.
