I'd call him "the wingman" - because when the first act need support, he is always there.  Whether it's distracting a bogey or that hot girl's best friend!

 ;D

Edit:  My bad, I wasn't using my brain and read "turner" instead of "Thomas" haha

I got it. TV Commercial Deal with Dunkin Donut's.

The Mighty Munchkin. Then Dunkin launches a brand new super sized Munchkin in his honor.

It goes onto be the best selling Munchkin of all time and IT wins three Titles with the Celtics.

What flavor should the Munchkin be

Idk, what is the Shamrock Shake from McDonalds flavored? Let's go with that. It'd be the GOAT of donuts.

I love the Leprechaun angle. For that to take off, somebody's gotta photoshop Isaiah into our logo as Lucky and do it perfectly. Maybe he's known thereafter as The Leprechaun, maybe he's called Lucky Charm, who knows. On the other hand, I get the sense Isaiah isn't going to be thrilled about any nickname that plays on his height. The prophet angle might be more to his liking. How about calling him Yah? Covers both the biblical name and the Boston accent. "Yaaaahhhhhhhh dude!"

But perhaps he really doesn't need a nickname, because perhaps his destiny is to improbably become the first thing basketball fans think of when they hear his name. Could Isaiah's career accomplishments possibly ever outstrip Isiah's? He's already 27, so he's way behind Isiah at the same age...then again, he's only 27, so he's got several more years to try to shock the world (way more than he's already shocked us) and lay down a better peak than Isiah. Needs to win at least two championships, at the minimum.

I have a student in my class that I intern at an elementary school named Isaiah. And the only reason why I can easily remember him and his name? Isaiah Thomas of the Celtics baby!!!

Although it was an ad, I really do like the "Pizza Guy" one from Sac, in the thinking that he is short enough that you wouldn't guess he was an NBA player.

I've been calling him "IT" but I hate the lazy "initials and guys number" nicknames.
